03 - 100 g cream cheese, softened

# Directions:
01 - In a small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and cherry preserves. Blend until smooth and well-integrated.
02 - Lay each tortilla flat. Distribute approximately one-quarter of the cherry-cream cheese mixture evenly over the surface of each tortilla, maintaining a small border of about 1 cm.
03 - Arrange slices of turkey breast evenly across the cream cheese layer on each tortilla.
04 - Sprinkle the roughly chopped dried cranberries over the turkey slices.
05 - Place thin slices of cucumber and a layer of baby spinach leaves on top of the cranberries.
06 - Season the filling with freshly ground black pepper according to personal preference.
07 - Tightly roll up each tortilla. For serving, slice each roll-up in half diagonally.
